Where Does Your
Adoption Fee Go?

Paws Deep Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded primarily through adoption fees and donations. Adoption fees help offset the cost of getting each dog safely into rescue and ready for their forever home.

In many cases, the actual cost to rescue and care for a dog is higher than their adoption fee. Costs can include transportation, veterinary care, vaccines, preventatives, microchipping, spay/neuter, health certificates, food, foster supplies, and treatment for unexpected medical needs.
